Marla
Marla Newberry brings more than 25 years of dental expertise to Aspen Ridge Dental Care, ensuring every patient feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors. As our front office administrator and patient coordinator, Marla's warm personality and dedication to personalized care make every visit a positive experience. She thrives on building real connections, taking the time to know each patient beyond their dental needs, and creating a comfortable atmosphere where trust and familiarity flourish. Seeing patients achieve their dental goals—and leave with confident, radiant smiles—is what she loves most about her role.
Beyond the office, Marla cherishes time with her husband, spending time with her adult children and immersing herself in crafting and photography to capture life’s unforgettable moments. She’s also a devoted dog mom to her beloved French bulldog, Lelah.
Crystal
A native of coastal Mississippi, our remarkable dental assistant, Crystal Cooper, started her dental career in 2005. She thrives on comforting patients’ dental anxieties and helping them be prepared for and comfortable throughout their procedures. Patients love Crystal’s outgoing personality, humor, and calm demeanor: all traits that make her patient relationships paramount in assisting each person who walks through our doors. During her free time, Crystal enjoys creating art as a gifted painter. She also relishes spending time with her husband, Frank, and her dog, Zeus. During your appointment, you may find Crystal quoting her favorite movie Nacho Libre (“Ramses is number one”) and bringing a smile to your face.
Santos
Our experienced and patient-minded medical assistant and sleep specialist, Santos Delgado, was born and raised in Santa Ana, CA, where he played football at Santa Ana Community College before joining the United States Army. During his twelve-year military tenure, Santos served as a combat engineer, achieving the rank of Sergeant First Class. After being medically discharged due to an injury, Santos found his passion in the medical field, graduating from Pikes Peak State College with an Associate in Applied Science in Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy. Santos’s medical assisting background includes working in both an urgent care and cancer center before coming to Aspen Ridge Sleep Solutions. Here he has found his passion in treating patients diagnosed with sleep apnea using oral appliance therapy (OAT): "Knowing I can make a difference in our patients’ lives and having them become more like family is my goal.”
