Your First Visit
Your first visit with us will set the stage for all future treatments; we’ll begin, though, by simply getting to know you and your smile! As soon as you arrive, you’ll be warmly greeted by our front desk and then taken back to the treatment room when it’s time. Our hygienist will talk with you, examine your smile, and take photographs, X-rays, and other diagnostics that will assist Dr. Waite in coming up with a long-term plan for your dental health.
You’ll also have your teeth thoroughly cleaned during this visit. However, your one-on-one discussion with Dr. Waite about your dental goals will be the most memorable part of the whole appointment. Finally, we’ll get any follow-up treatments scheduled and make sure you’re well-equipped to tend to your smile at home and between visits.

In order to make your dental experience as streamlined and efficient as possible, we’ve provided all of the necessary new patient forms for you to complete online. We kindly ask that you handle this paperwork before your appointment so that we can spend less time getting you entered into our system and more time tending to your dental needs. For patients who do not have dental insurance, there are still ways of making dental care more affordable, including payment plans. Our practice is proudly partnered with CareCredit, Cherry, and Lending Club, three third-party financers who work with qualifying patients to find budget-friendly payment plans for their dental care. Better yet, these plans usually have very low or non-existent interest rates, as well as flexible payment windows.
